SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES Work with the Marketing Manager to develop a wide range of tactics, including trade shows, events, direct mail and email campaigns, telesales campaigns, intranet and Internet sites and collateral development Responsible for managing multiple projects simultaneously, from scope definition to creation to execution. Coordinate the implementation of commercial campaigns, including advertising, training, tradeshows, sales tools and others, as required ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS 1. Successfully manage multiple diverse projects at any one time. Motivates team members to provide input and deliverables to meet agreed deadlines. 2. Ability to create, shape, and clearly communicate messaging and stories. Effective written and verbal communication skills. Ability to understand and explain technical features and capabilities and convey product advantages. 3. Understand how to apply marketing techniques to provide the most effective programs. Stay abreast of marketing trends and introduces new and creative approaches to marketing programs that grow sales revenue. 4. Manage tradeshow and events budget and schedule 5. Manage the preparation of sales collateral including web content, brochures, product sheets, case studies, technical papers, media articles, catalogs, 3D animations, books, tradeshow models, talking head videos. 6. Has an operational knowledge of how to manage and maximize services resources including parent companies, agencies and suppliers. 7. Identify metrics to measure every program. Understand the tools available to determine the metrics. 8. Demonstrate capability to work on multiple types of projects at any one time. Manage commercial programs for market/segments with different target audiences and drivers. Work with cross-business and cross-regional teams to leverage expertise where is it available to get the job done. 9. Understand customer and channel requirements to develop appropriate sales tools and promotions and measure their effectiveness. 10. Conduct tasks in accordance with applicable health, safety, quality and environmental regulations as well as Sensia policies and procedures. 11.
