Relentless pursuit of better We’ll be looking for you to develop and implement a marketing strategy for the Nordics region to grow our digital business. You will report into the Head of Marketing for UK & Nordics, to drive and implement business priorities in the Nordics territories: Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Finland and Iceland. You’ll collaborate with different departments and marketing and media agencies. Your role will be vital in implementing, evaluating the effectiveness and efficiency of the key marketing programs across paid, owned and earned channels, and make recommendations for continuous improvement.  Along with your Nordics market insight, you’ll analyse data and provide progress reports on campaigns and any opportunities that you see to help the campaigns and tactics further. For such a role, you’ll have a university degree or equivalent in a relevant field with a minimum of seven years of experience in a similar role. You’ll need to have experience in creating and delivering a variety of marketing campaigns which have given you exposure to the full marketing mix. You will need in-depth experience in Digital Marketing channels from PPC, Social Media through to Programmatic Display. You’ll be a self-starter with strong communication skills, fluent in one Scandinavian language and English, who is able to build relationships with people of all levels to help influence positive actions.
