Orlando, Florida, Description YOU ARE REQUIRED TO SUBMIT A RESUME AND ANY DEGREE/CREDENTIALS APPLICABLE WITH YOUR APPLICATION Marketing Manager â“ Adventhealth Orlando Work Hours/Shift: Full Time Days GENERAL SUMMARY: The Partnerships Marketing Manager works with the Director of Strategic Partnerships, to manage day-to-day marketing planning and execution for strategic partnerships. Applies working knowledge of market research, analytics and intel to develop and organize plans that competitvely differentiate AdventHealth and ensures the growth of volume, market share, and overall brand awareness. Builds strong relationships with stakeholders to advance AdventHealthâ™s strategic vision. Actively participates in outstanding customer service and accepts responsibility in maintaining relationships that are equally respectful to all. You Will Be Responsible For: Manages the day-to-day relationships with assigned strategic partnership accounts. Represents AdventHealthâ™s interests while collaborating with partners and optimizing business results. Develops and manages cross-functional projects and teams related to sponsorships, and partner marketing initiatives. Collaborates across departments and with external partners to deliver results. Directs and manages the day-to-day strategic marketing efforts for assigned strategic partnerships. Develops annual marketing plan; setting goals, strategies and tactics to ensure operational business goals are met. Manages clinical relationships to enhance consumer marketing efforts through strategic partnership activation; collaborates with clinical teams on digital and direct marketing strategies. Develops direct-to-consumer marketing initiatives by optimizing partnership assets to drive volumes, enhance marketing efforts, and grow market share. Provi des marketing leadership with ROI reports to ensure business goals are met, as well as provide input in the development of key community relationships, affiliations and partnerships. Manages team to drive the execution of marketing strategies and ensure overall business objectives are met. Provides coaching, leadership and assistance with resources and strategy development. Works collaboratively with Creative team, providing clear objectives and goals, with timely feedback and reasonable deadlines for development of effective deliverables. Effectively manages partnership budgets, ensuring timely reporting and fiscal responsibility; completes projects and produces materials and/or events within established budget and time parameters. Provides direct employee management and assists with hiring, retaining and developing teams and individuals; responsibly for motivating and mentoring a team of strategic, data-driven, marketers to support AdventHealth business strategies. Meets or exceeds all customer service level expectations. Qualifications KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS REQUIRED: Ability to work independently utilizing effective problem-solving skills to develop and implement strategic marketing initiatives, seeking senior marketing leadership for guidance and support as needed. Proven management experience and advanced organizational skills with the ability to multi-task to meet objectives and deadlines in a face-paced work environment. Strong collaborator and influencer – drives change through ideas, relationships and actions, systemic and operational issues to accelerate results. Intermediate knowledge and skills to effectively manage integrated marketing programs, to include: marketing planning; volume driving strategies; creative concepting and execution; experiential marketing; digital and social media; development of media stories, effective project management, event planning; and research analysis. Effective collaborator able to drive accelerated results through sharing of ideas and building strong cross- and inter-departmental relationships with executives, staff, physicians, and/or partners. Strong presentation and writing/story-telling skills. Sound critical thinker with the ability to analyze data with attention to detail and accuracy in order to make strategic decisions and recommendations that produce measurable results. Intermediate experience in emerging digital media and technologies; proficient in social media platforms. Demonstrates proven ability to work well with others using tact and diplomacy. Consistent and effective project management and organization skills with continued focus on professional development. Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Word, Excel and Powerpoint. KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS PREFERRED: NA EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Sports Marketing or related field Minimum of three (3) years marketing experience, with minimum of one (1) year employee management and/or complex project management experience Track record of developing and managing fully-integrated marketing initiatives, with proven results Experience in budget management EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE PREFERRED: Marketing experience within healthcare industry Two (2) yearsâ™ experience in partnerships LICENSURE, CERTIFICATION OR REGISTRATION REQUIRED: Valid State of Florida driverâ™s license and driving record in accordance with AdventHealth policy LICENSURE, CERTIFICATION OR REGISTRATION PREFERRED: NA SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES This facility is an equal opportunity employer and complies with federal, state and local anti-discrimination laws, regulations and ordinances.
