London, United Kingdom, Description   *This role can be based in London or Paris – we are flexible on location* Job Purpose Support the implementation and execution of a global marketing strategy for AXA IM Alternatives  Key Accountabilities    Though marketing team members are not specialized, this position will be heavily focused on producing marketing content, both for structured finance and real assets platform. o Producing innovative, effective, compelling and professional product marketing materials, by delivering high quality, well articulated and engaging content and impacting visuals o Leading or supporting the production of revelant thought leadership / white papers and corporate marketing content, whether used in pitchbooks, brochure or website. o Leading or contributing to the production of corporate marketing content The marketing manager will also contribute to the overall activity of the team: o Production of overall marketing literature o Production of contents for events and supporting, when required, their execution o Newsletter o Market intelligence o Awards o Rankings o Surveys o Transversal projects having a marketing dimension  Qualifications  Qualifications Degree educated Experience/Skills Previous relevant experience in a producing marketing content in the asset management industry Experience in real assets, private debt, structured products Ability to process information quickly, write and develop content Strong oral and writing, proofreading and editing skills in English Project and process management skills Ability to work on multiple projects and multitask Understanding of financial services (asset management and capital markets) Additional language proficiency is a bonus Key Competencies Strong team player Ability to develop and nurture strong working relationship with multiple stakeholders, notably senior managers Proven ability to prioritise and respect timelines and budget Excellent judgment and maturity to handle confidential information Attention to detail Creativity Pro-active multi-tasker Consulting and negotiation skills to influence content and format of communications Ability and confidence to work in an international and fast environment
