The CAT Marketing Communication Specialist will support project initiatives within NTID’s Center on Access Technology that seek to increase accessible solutions in education and employment through the creation and maintenance of the CAT website, social media, and constituent relations. position responsibilities include Coordinating and assisting with the creation of content for publication related to NTID’s Center on Access Technology projects including the creation of printed materials, written articles, social media, and other marketing and public relations items for print and electronic media Maintaining the CAT website Coordinating graphic arts design, printing and videography necessary to effectively market Center on Access Technology projects. Monitoring, tracking and assessing the success of all marketing initiatives. Providing monthly reports on marketing and engagement outputs and outcomes Assisting the Office of External Affairs with coordination of corporate and community relations. Required Minimum Qualifications 1-2 years of experience in marketing/communication Excellent project coordination Experience with Microsoft Office Suite Strong interpersonal/communication skills Strong writing skills Experience with website design, creation, and management Experience with social media management Proficiency in American Sign Language and the ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of deaf and hard-of-hearing individuals.
