Engineering Manager – Compliance

£38,200 – £43,000 per annum, depending on skills and experience

We are looking for an engineering manager experienced within a technical compliance-based role to manage the statutory and good practise pre planned maintenance with a small team of direct report maintenance assistants in support.

The ideal candidate will have significant training in management of water systems & legionella, NEBOSH or IOSH and hold an engineering or trade qualification or relevant skills gained within a similar position at a senior level. They must be a strong communicator with the ability to write clear reports, keep accurate records, highly organised and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.  This role requires the person to promote a high-performance team culture which provides robust solutions to technical problems.

The post holder will be expected to work at both Kew & Wakehurst and be available to be part of the on-call management team on rotation of 1 week in every 2 months as an average.
