Better is enabled by trust and respect We are seeking a high performing marketer with a proven track record of using analytics and technology to improve media performance, achieving growth and profitability targets, with an intimate working knowledge & experience with Google, FB and other top media providers. This experienced individual will manage, track, monitor and improve our media efficiency (KPI: cost per new customer) and effectiveness (KPI: number of new customers acquired) through the provision of communications planning across SEO and paid media, supported by a rigorous and highly developed measurement framework. A sampling of some of your responsibilities includes optimizing communications and media mix planning across paid, earned, shared and owned by developing centrally aligned strategic media approaches, promoting experimentation across markets, documenting and socializing learnings. You will be co-leading the implementation and evolution of adtech and measurement frameworks that drives revenue enablement while also being accountable for SEO strategy and execution as well as driving value for money in our media vendor relationships. You have at least 10 years of experience in commercial marketing and management roles and this experience must include direct responsibility for media planning and implementation with budgets in excess of $50 million. You must also have digital acquisition marketing and SEO experience, while content marketing strategy, international experience with global brands, as well as financial services/payments experience are highly desirable.
