Facilities Technical Manager

Facilities Technical Manager Needed In Sidcup, DA14

Working Days: Monday to Friday (Might Include Weekends)
Working Hours: 08:00 am to 17:00 pm

Duties & Qualifications:

  • Reporting to the South Hub Manager
  • Lead & Direct the delivery team
  • Making sure all team members know what they are doing and are doing it correctly
  • Managing the cleaning, security, hard services & catering serv…
  • Making sure all roles are completed to programme & budget
  • Dealing with timesheets, payroll & rotas
  • Qualifications in either mechanical or electrical disciplines
  • Relevant technical FM experience
  • A Minimum of IOSH Managing Safely qualified or equivalent
  • Strong IT Skills
  • Able to challenge bad or poor standards
