£9.50 – £10 per hour

Temporary position (3 months), potential to go permanent for the right candidate

Hours: 20-25 hours a week (need someone who can be flexible and potentially work more or less)

Duties:

  • Downloading client invoices from supplier websites
  • Sending emails to suppliers to find out information and serve notice on energy contracts
  • Telephoning suppliers for information
  • Filling in forms and emailing them to suppliers (so access to a printer/scanner is also highly desirable)
  • Submitting client meter reads to suppliers – and other ad hoc admin tasks.
  • All training would be conducted via Microsoft Teams.

MUST HAVE:

  • Your own computer with access to Excel, MS Teams and outlook
  • Printer/scanner
  • Wifi
